My name is Julien! I am a Licensed Clinican Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Clinical Rehabiliation Counselor (CRC) in North Carolina.
I offer warm, person-centered therapy for teens and adults, with a focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse identites with cultural humility.

I work with teens and adults in navigating diverse identities, relationships, neurodivergence, life transitions, and the stress of trying to exist in a complicated world.
My approach is queer-affirming, collaborative, and inclusive of all of the identities and experiences that shape who you are!

My sessions are tailored to you! However you feel safest showing up, I am with you. We’ll work together to explore what’s coming up for you, practice skills and tools that fit you, and create space for understanding and growth.
I meet clients with compassion, attentiveness, and humor to gently disentangle shame and stigma, heal intergenerational trauma, and empower them towards self-determination and self-love.
